溪洛渡水电站简介

About Xiluodu Dam Hydropower Station:

溪洛渡水电站位于四川省雷波县和云南省永善县接壤的金沙江峡谷段,是一座以发电为主,兼有拦沙、防洪和改善下游航运等综合效益的大型水电站溪洛渡水电站位。溪洛渡水电站总装机容量1386万千瓦,是世界第二大水电站,仅次于三峡水电站。溪洛渡水电站大坝为混凝土双曲拱坝,坝高286.5米。溪洛渡水电站业主单位:中国长江三峡集团公司。溪洛渡水电站工程于2003年底开始筹建,2005年底正式开工,2007年实现截流,计划2013年首批机组发电,2015年工程完工。

Xiluodu Hydropower Station is situated along canyon section of Jinsha River in Leibo and Yongshan Counties, Sichuan Province and Yunnan Province of border, serving as large scale hydropower station with comprehensive benefits including major function of hydropower and other services such as sand blocking, flood prevention and downstream shipping conditions improvement. Installed gross capacity of Xiluodu Hydropower Station reaches 13.86 million KW which ranks the second largest hydropower station in the world. Dam of this station belongs to concrete double-curvature arch dam, with a height of 286.5m. Owner of Xiluodu Hydropower Station: China Yangtze three gorges group corporation, which commenced this construction preparation at the end of 2003, formally started such work at the end of 2005, realized river closure in 2007, and plans to first power generation in 2013 and completes construction engineering in 2015.

溪洛渡大坝混凝土浇筑过程采取动态的在线监测、温控防裂等现代施工手段和防范措施,但由于该工程使用当地玄武岩骨料,脆性较大,混凝土极限拉伸值偏低,自生体积变形大,大坝抗裂安全系数不高,这是建设各方一直希望解决的问题。2008年开始,由三峡集团公司组织,经过中国水科院、长江科学院、中国水电成都勘测设计院、中国长江三峡集团试验中心等国内多家试验单位大量反复对比试验,最终研究成果表明:江苏能力科技有限公司提供的新型改性聚乙烯醇纤维(MPVAF),与混凝土的弹性模量十分匹配,可以提高溪洛渡大坝混凝土(28天龄期)的极限拉伸值达12%-15%,从而有效提高混凝土自身的抗裂性能,2009年以来的大量应用实践也充分验证了上述试验成果。

Concreting process of Xiluodu Hydropower Station adopted modern construction means and precautionary measures, including online monitoring and temperature crack control. However, this project adopts local basalt aggregates with big brittleness, low concrete tensile value, large autogenous volume deformation and unfavorable factor of safety against cracking, which is still an issue to be resolved for construction participants. At the beginning of 2008, under organization of China Three Gorges Corporation and through large number of repeated contrast tests conducted by IWHR, Yangtze River Scientific Institute, Hydro China Chengdu Engineering Corporation and Test Center of China Three Gorges Corporation, final research conclusion indicates that: MPVAF, provided by Jiangsu Competence Technology Co., Ltd. can well match modulus of elasticity of concrete, and improve a maximum ultimate tensile value of 12%-15% for concrete of Xiluodu Dam (28d age), effectively improving cracking resistance property of concrete, which has also been verified by applications and practices made from 2009.
